Pawsluz — Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Pawsluz ScratchMat™. You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, uncut and not applied to any surface
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Self-adhesive products

Because Pawsluz ScratchMat™ is a self-adhesive product, we cannot accept returns if the item has been cut, applied, used or damaged — unless the item arrived faulty or you received the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawsluz.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
