We make every effort to display our products and their colours/sizes as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes won't affect orders already placed.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

All content on pawsluz.com — including the Pawsluz name, logo, product names (such as "ScratchMat™") and site content — is the property of Pawsluz and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

Pawsluz ScratchMat™ is intended for use on suitable, undamaged surfaces. We recommend testing on a small hidden area first, especially on delicate, painted, leather or fragile surfaces. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use or application to unsuitable surfaces.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
